Role Overview

As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all laundry services required by our guests are met efficiently and to the highest possible standards. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to established hotel and department policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to the policies and procedures of both the hotel and the laundry department.
• Work with precision to deliver high-quality results in all laundry tasks.
• Manage and maintain the proper care of flat irons used in the laundry process.
• Feed food and beverage linen into the flat iron for processing.
• Fold bed sheets and towels in accordance with hotel standards.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by superiors.
• Be fully conversant with and adhere to all fire and safety procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 year in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and quality.
