About the Role

Centro Shaheen is seeking a Laundry Supervisor - Saudi National to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position is designed for dynamic and self-motivated professionals looking to advance their careers in laundry operations. The Laundry Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all guest laundry services are delivered on time and meet the highest possible standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Laundry Manager in enforcing policies, procedures, rules, and regulations in accordance with hotel standards.
• Supervise and monitor the performance of laundry employees to maintain established standards and provide efficient service to guests.
• Ensure proper handling of guest and house laundry, and establish standards and procedures to ascertain the quality of work performed.
• Liaise with the linen room to ensure adequate clean linen and uniforms, and maintain a neat work area.
• Follow up with the engineering department on preventive maintenance and repair orders.
• Check daily production according to priorities and assist in the activities of the team.
• Counter-check that all processed items are spotlessly clean as per hotel standards and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure that laundry employees are knowledgeable about hotel services and facilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should be Saudi Nationals.
• A minimum of 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field is required.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure high standards of laundry service.

• Strong organizational skills to manage laundry operations and priorities.
