Role Overview

Accor is seeking an experienced Laundry Supervisor (Saudi Only) to join the operations team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing all laundry operations, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily laundry operations.
• Lead, train, and mentor laundry staff members.
• Monitor work quality to ensure all items meet established standards and customer specifications.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows.
• Manage inventory of laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and labor costs.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Conduct regular staff training on proper techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in laundry operations or a similar supervisory role (5-10 years).
• Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
• Strong knowledge of laundry processes, textile care standards, and equipment operation.
