Job Description

About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking a qualified Manager, Instructor to join their team in Jeddah. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field. The successful candidate will be responsible for curriculum development, instruction, and administrative support within the academy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance with Academy accreditation standards.
  • Develop and manage curriculum, syllabi, lesson plans, teaching materials, modules, recipes, and assessments for various programs and workshops.
  • Prepare and deliver lectures and practical demonstrations for courses and workshops.
  • Provide specialized training support for Airport Lounges, Aviation Clients, and all academy programs.
  • Contribute to program development and delivery.
  • Assist with administrative, operational, and reporting tasks.
  • Support the Director with program logistics and budget planning/reconciliation as needed.
  • Aid in the development and maintenance of department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide induction support and deliver presentations as requested.
  • Offer visitor tour support and assist with student interviews, intakes, tours, and orientations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of workstations, kitchen, hospitality room, and classrooms.
  • Liaise with and support guest lecturers and academy visitors.
  • Provide verbal and written translation support if applicable.
  • Maintain databases for training participants, performance evaluations, tests, and achievements.
  • Prepare training summary reports and program assessments.
  • Support the planning and execution of Graduation Ceremonies and academy events.
  • Undertake other assigned tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Extensive experience in teaching theoretical and practical applications of Culinary Arts, aligned with international standards.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory) and Arabic (preferred).
  • Strong organizational, planning, and scheduling abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and adaptability to new technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to foster relationships and support team development.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and conceptual problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure in demanding environments.
  • A strong commitment to quality, mission delivery, and successful assignment execution.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role involves maintaining a professional and organized learning environment.
