About the Role
COREcruitment is seeking a Training Manager to join an expanding hospitality group based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading the learning and development function across a growing portfolio of restaurants throughout the Kingdom. The role reports to senior leadership and focuses on establishing and elevating the company's training department, including the creation of an in-house Hospitality Academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Group's Learning & Development strategy for the restaurant division.
- Design, launch, and manage the company's in-house Hospitality Academy to develop future leaders and strengthen operational excellence.
- Create structured onboarding programmes for all restaurant employees.
- Develop leadership pathways for supervisors, restaurant managers, and future leaders.
- Deliver training programmes focused on guest service, operational excellence, food & beverage knowledge, and leadership development.
- Standardise training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and operational best practices across all restaurant brands.
- Partner with operational leaders to identify training needs and performance improvement opportunities.
- Develop digital learning content, training manuals, and competency frameworks.
- Measure training effectiveness using operational KPIs, guest satisfaction, and employee development metrics.
- Coach restaurant management teams to become effective trainers and mentors.
- Support new restaurant openings and expansion projects across Saudi Arabia.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience (5-10 years) as a Training Manager, Learning & Development Manager, or a senior position within a hospitality (F&B focused) or restaurant group.
- Previous experience within the Middle East is essential.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing structured training programmes and leadership development initiatives.
- Multi-site hospitality or restaurant experience is desirable.

- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
Work Environment and Travel
The role is based in Jeddah and requires regular travel throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to support new restaurant openings, operational teams, and training initiatives.
Compensation
A negotiable single expat package is offered for this position.
