CREALOGIX, a leading global FinTech software solutions provider, is seeking a Senior Manual QA Tester to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time position involves ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software products for innovative financial brands worldwide. The role requires a proactive individual to collaborate closely with development and QA teams to identify and resolve defects prior to product release.

Role Overview

As a Senior QA Tester, you will be instrumental in upholding software quality standards. Your primary focus will be on manual testing across both desktop and mobile platforms. This position demands a thorough understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. You will work in tandem with development and QA professionals to guarantee that all identified issues are documented and rectified, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute detailed manual test cases for desktop and mobile applications to verify adherence to functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with the development team to report, track, and resolve defects efficiently, ensuring timely and high-quality software delivery.
• Work closely with QA Analysts to design and develop comprehensive test cases, covering all software aspects including edge cases and potential failure points.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of test plans and strategies to ensure thorough testing of all features before release.
• Maintain high standards of quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle, identifying opportunities for improvement in both the testing process and the product itself.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, with a focus on web and mobile application testing.
• A strong understanding of both QA and software development lifecycles, enabling seamless integration of testing processes.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English at a B2 level or higher, with the ability to clearly document test cases, defects, and reports.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Test Management tools, demonstrating an ability to manage and document testing activities.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, capable of handling ad-hoc requests and meeting multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A flexible and collaborative team player focused on achieving overall team and project success.
