About the Marketing Director Role
proven is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead the company's marketing function. This full-time position, based in Jeddah, requires a candidate with over 10 years of experience, particularly within the automotive industry. The role focuses on developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning, increase market share, drive customer acquisition, and support sales and aftersales growth.

The client is a prominent and trusted automotive group operating across Saudi Arabia. With a long-standing reputation for excellence, reliability, and customer commitment, the organization serves as the exclusive representative for leading global vehicle brands in multiple provinces within KSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead all marketing functions, including brand management, advertising, digital marketing, social media, events, showrooms, and customer engagement.
- Oversee the planning and execution of new vehicle launches, model campaigns, seasonal promotions, and dealership marketing initiatives.
- Drive lead generation and marketing campaigns to increase showroom traffic, vehicle sales, and aftersales revenue.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and return on investment.
- Manage the planning and execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, sponsorships, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, and dealership teams on integrated marketing initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities, industry developments, pricing, and consumer trends to identify market opportunities.
- Establish and monitor key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reporting and strategic recommendations to executive management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience within the automotive industry.
- Strong background in brand management, digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM, and integrated marketing communications.
- Proven success in developing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
- Commercial acumen and a results-oriented approach.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
