About the Marketing Director Role

PROVEN is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead the company's marketing function in Jeddah. This full-time position requires a candidate with over 10 years of experience, particularly within the automotive industry. The role is focused on developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning, increase market share, drive customer acquisition, and support overall business growth.

The client is a prominent and trusted automotive group operating across Saudi Arabia. With a long-standing reputation for excellence, the organization serves as the exclusive representative for leading global vehicle brands in multiple provinces. They are committed to reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead all marketing functions, including brand management, advertising, digital marketing, social media, events, showrooms, and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of new vehicle launches, model campaigns, seasonal promotions, and dealership marketing initiatives.
  • Drive lead generation and marketing campaigns to increase showroom traffic, vehicle sales, and aftersales revenue.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and return on investment.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, sponsorships, exhibitions, and corporate events.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, and dealership teams to develop integrated marketing initiatives supporting commercial objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activities, industry developments, pricing strategies, and consumer trends to identify market opportunities.
  • Establish and monitor key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reporting and strategic recommendations to executive management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
  • Proven experience within the automotive industry.
  • Strong background in brand management, digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM, and integrated marketing communications.
  • Demonstrated success in developing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.

Essential Skills

  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, marketing analytics, and customer journey optimization.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
