About the Role

Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function for Rolls-Royce in Riyadh. This full-time position requires over 10 years of experience in a senior marketing capacity.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the Rolls-Royce marketing operations. This includes overseeing brand management, communications, public relations, digital marketing, CRM, partnerships, experiential marketing, client engagement, and strategic events. A key aspect of the role is acting as the guardian of the Rolls-Royce brand, ensuring strict adherence to global brand standards across all customer interactions and communications.

The position involves developing and executing strategies to acquire, retain, and build advocacy among clients, thereby strengthening long-term loyalty and enhancing the ownership experience. This includes designing bespoke engagement programs tailored to the ultra-high-net-worth individual (UHNWI) landscape in the Kingdom, targeting influential consumers such as Royal Families, Family Offices, Entrepreneurs, CEOs, Chairmen, Wealth Creators, and Collectors.

Strategic Marketing Execution

A significant part of the role is the planning and execution of high-caliber luxury experiences. These events will encompass vehicle launches, bespoke commissioning experiences, private previews, client appreciation events, international travel programs, lifestyle collaborations, and partnerships with other luxury brands. The Head of Marketing will also be tasked with building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including luxury partners, opinion leaders, media representatives, family offices, and influential members of the luxury ecosystem.

Furthermore, the role requires identifying emerging luxury trends, wealth movements, consumer behaviors, and cultural shifts impacting UHNWI audiences. These insights will be translated into innovative marketing initiatives and commercial opportunities. The Head of Marketing will lead all communications, public relations, reputation management, and thought leadership efforts to enhance the prestige and visibility of the Rolls-Royce brand within Saudi Arabia.

Digital Marketing and Performance Management

Driving excellence in digital marketing is a core responsibility, covering social media, content marketing, CRM, customer journey management, lead generation, analytics, and personalized client communications. The Head of Marketing will manage substantial marketing budgets, agencies, suppliers, and external partners, focusing on delivering measurable return on investment, operational efficiency, and optimal resource allocation.

Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), performance dashboards, and executive reporting mechanisms is essential. The role involves presenting strategic recommendations to executive leadership, manufacturer representatives, and key stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Development

The Head of Marketing will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team. This includes fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, accountability, attention to detail, and client-centricity, all in alignment with Rolls-Royce standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in luxury brand marketing, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the UHNWI market and client engagement strategies.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, CRM, and data analytics.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets and external agencies.
  • A deep appreciation for brand guardianship and luxury standards.
