Digital Marketing and Event Management Officer

Job Description:

Company 101 for Event Implementation and Management announces the availability of the position of Digital Marketing and Event Management Officer who has experience in building marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and on-ground operation of events and commercial projects.

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and implementing marketing plans and strategies.

  • Managing advertising campaigns across digital platforms (Google - Instagram - TikTok - Snapchat).

  • Content development and management of social media accounts.

  • Analyzing marketing performance and measuring success indicators (ROI - NPS - Engagement).

  • Managing and executing events and occasions.

  • Supervising operational and marketing teams to ensure quality performance.

  • Coordinating with influencers and business partners to launch campaigns and events.

  • Preparing monthly performance reports and recommendations for continuous development.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or event management.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of analytical tools and paid advertising.

  • Ability in content preparation and creative design (preferably using tools like Canva or Photoshop).

  • High ability in planning, organizing, and teamwork.

  • Fluency in English (writing and speaking).
