About Waad Education and the Role

Waad Education is seeking a Mawhiba Coordinator to join the team at Waad Academy. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah Province. The successful candidate will play a central role in identifying and nurturing gifted students, ensuring their integration into specialized programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and nurture gifted students within Waad Academy.
• Coordinate effectively with Mawhiba programs and various related initiatives.
• Implement enrichment programs alongside scientific and creative activities.
• Monitor the academic progress of high-achieving students, collaborating closely with teachers and parents.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Gifted Education, or a closely related field.
• Previous experience with the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba) is required.
• Alternatively, experience in implementing Mawhiba's programs and initiatives is also required.

Essential Skills

• Strong knowledge of gifted student identification programs and best practices in enrichment education.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and program management capabilities.
• Proficiency in various computer applications and educational technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as an integral part of a team.
• Capacity to take full responsibility for assigned duties and tasks.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role within Waad Academy, located in Jeddah, Makkah Province. The position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with colleagues, students, and parents to achieve educational objectives.
