Meeting & Events Sales Manager

About the Role

Fakieh Tarfeeh Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Meeting & Events Sales Manager to join the team at Al Nawras Resort in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time position is crucial for developing the resort's Meetings & Events and Corporate Business segments.

Role Purpose and Context

The Meeting & Events Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the resort's meeting and event facilities, as well as its business center. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients and maintaining strong relationships to achieve revenue targets for these key business areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the sales plan for the resort's Meetings & Events and business center.
• Acquire new corporate clients from companies, government entities, training organizations, and event organizers.
• Conduct regular sales visits and calls to targeted clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and packages, and negotiate rates and terms with clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Follow up on inquiries and bookings, converting sales opportunities into confirmed business.
• Coordinate with Operations, F&B, and other departments to ensure professional execution of meetings and events.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, bookings, potential clients, and revenue.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant sales role.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, at Al Nawras Resort. The role involves working within a dynamic hospitality environment focused on corporate and event sales.
