The primary responsibility for providing a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for children's growth (from birth to school age) physically, mentally, and socially. His tasks include designing educational and recreational activities, caring for hygiene and nutrition, dealing with parents, and shaping the child's personality, while being patient and kind. The main tasks and responsibilities of a kindergarten teacher: Daily care: Providing basic care, including meals, naps, personal hygiene, and diaper changes. Planning and education: Designing and implementing educational, movement, and cognitive activities suitable for different age stages. Ensuring safety: Creating a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment. Behavioral development: Monitoring children's behavior and guiding them to learn social skills and core values. Communication with parents: Providing periodic reports on children's progress and behavioral and educational development. Required skills and qualifications: Education: A degree in early childhood or related educational specialties. Personal qualities: Patience, endurance, kindness, creativity, and a love for working with children. Experience: Previous experience in childcare (considered an additional advantage).
