Join a Leading Consulting Firm as an HR & Admin Specialist
TAJ HR is partnering with a prestigious multidisciplinary Architectural & Engineering Consulting Firm based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, established since 1983 and known for excellence in the Real Estate and Construction consultancy sector.

About the Role:
The HR & Admin Specialist will be an individual contributor responsible for full ownership of HR and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with the latest Saudi regulations. This is a standalone role requiring a self-driven professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Management: Manage the entire monthly payroll cycle, adhering to the Wage Protection System (WPS).
  • Time & Attendance: Design and manage attendance tracking, overseeing leave and holiday planning.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage medical insurance, and handle all administrative tasks.
  • Government Platforms: Mastery of Saudi government portals for visas and renewals.
  • Labor Law Compliance: Ensure HR activities comply with Saudi Labor Law.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of HR & Admin experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Advanced MS Excel proficiency and ERP system experience.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
