The HR & Admin Specialist will be an individual contributor responsible for full ownership of HR and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with the latest Saudi regulations. This is a standalone role requiring a self-driven professional.

About the Role:
The HR & Admin Specialist will be an individual contributor responsible for full ownership of HR and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with the latest Saudi regulations. This is a standalone role requiring a self-driven professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Manage the entire monthly payroll cycle, adhering to the Wage Protection System (WPS).
- Time & Attendance: Design and manage attendance tracking, overseeing leave and holiday planning.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage medical insurance, and handle all administrative tasks.
- Government Platforms: Mastery of Saudi government portals for visas and renewals.
- Labor Law Compliance: Ensure HR activities comply with Saudi Labor Law.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR & Admin experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency and ERP system experience.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
