We are a leading company in the restaurant sector looking for a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to manage and implement our HR operations. Located in Jeddah, this position offers an excellent opportunity to play a significant role in our HR department.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Work with government platforms such as Qiwa, Social Insurance, and others.
  • Manage contracts, renewals, and service transfers via governmental platforms.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and employee files.
  • Implement recruitment, onboarding, and hiring processes.
  • Prepare and follow up on HR reports.
  • Monitor performance evaluations and HR procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate with various departments to support HR needs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of practical HR experience.
  • Experience with HR government platforms.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR procedures.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • English language proficiency: Intermediate to Excellent.

Preferred: Experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
