We are looking for a competent Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our distinguished team, where you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to termination, implementing HR policies and procedures, monitoring employee attendance and departures, and managing vacations and benefits. This position requires experience in digital human resources management systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential data with high professionalism, in addition to preparing periodic reports and analyzing HR performance indicators. The ideal candidate should hold a university degree in business administration or human resources or equivalent, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
