About the Role
The HR Trainee will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR activities, including talent acquisition support, HR operations, projects, and administrative tasks. This training program offers hands-on experience and practical exposure to core HR functions and processes within a professional work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support talent acquisition activities by screening CVs, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interview schedules to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
  • Support HR operations such as employee documentation, onboarding coordination, and general administrative tasks.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and supporting organizational development.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on daily tasks and provide general support as required.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills within the HR field.
