The Role: Operator & License Owner, Jeddah

Stranger Soccer is expanding its operations and seeks an Operator & License Owner to establish, manage, and expand its football platform in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This full-time role offers a performance-driven opportunity, allowing the successful candidate to build and operate a local football initiative while making the sport more accessible in the city.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Jeddah.
• Develop partnerships with football venues and secure suitable playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract players and expand the community.
• Oversee game operations to ensure a high-quality player experience.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for local operational improvement and expansion.

Operational Support and Autonomy

The Operator & License Owner will have the autonomy to shape the local operation in Jeddah. This role is supported by Stranger Soccer's Singapore headquarters, which provides a technology platform for app, payments, and operations, along with proven operating systems, processes, and ongoing guidance across operations, marketing, and growth.
