About Stranger Soccer and the Opportunity

Stranger Soccer, an international platform dedicated to making football simple, flexible, and accessible through its mobile application, is expanding its global presence. Founded in Singapore, the company currently operates in over 10 cities worldwide and has facilitated more than 100,000 games. We are seeking an Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow our football platform in Jeddah. This full-time role offers a performance-driven compensation opportunity.

Role Summary

This position is distinct from a conventional management role, offering an opportunity to build and operate a local football enterprise. The Operator & License Owner will lead the expansion of Stranger Soccer in Jeddah, with the autonomy to shape local operations. This involves fostering an active community of players and making football more accessible within the city, while benefiting from the established systems, expertise, and support provided by our Singapore headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and drive the growth of Stranger Soccer operations in Jeddah.
• Establish partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Implement marketing initiatives to attract players and expand the community base.
• Oversee game operations to ensure an outstanding player experience.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and strategic expansion of the local operation.

Headquarters Support and Resources

The Operator & License Owner will receive comprehensive support from Stranger Soccer's Singapore headquarters. This includes access to a proprietary technology platform that facilitates app management, payments, and operational processes. Additionally, the role benefits from proven operating systems and processes, along with ongoing guidance across operational, marketing, and growth strategies.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial individual with over 10 years of experience and a strong passion for football. The ideal candidate will be driven to build and manage a local football operation, capable of leading a growing network of players and Official Hosts, and committed to fostering an active football community in Jeddah.
