This full-time role offers an entrepreneurial individual the opportunity to build and manage a local football operation, making the sport more accessible within the community. The position is designed for an ambitious, community-driven professional with 0-1 years of experience.

The Entrepreneurial Opportunity

This is an entrepreneurial venture rather than a traditional salaried management position. The License Owner & Operator will be responsible for launching and scaling the Stranger Soccer brand locally. Rewards for this role are directly tied to performance and the growth achieved within the Jeddah market.

Responsibilities

• Launch and develop the Stranger Soccer brand within Jeddah.
• Recruit, train, and manage a local team of 2-3 individuals, supported by Official Hosts.
• Secure appropriate football venues and establish regular playing opportunities.
• Drive customer acquisition and growth through digital and local marketing initiatives.
• Oversee daily game operations and ensure a high-quality player experience.
• Collaborate with Stranger Soccer HQ, leveraging established operational and technology support.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A strong passion for football and established connections within the local football community.
• Experience (0-1 years) in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles.
