Role Overview

As the Operator & License Owner in Jeddah, you will be responsible for the comprehensive launch and ongoing operation of Stranger Soccer. This hands-on role involves overseeing daily activities, fostering a strong football community, and driving business growth. You will have direct ownership and autonomy over local operations, with the support of Stranger Soccer's headquarters in Singapore, which provides a technology platform, a proven operating model, and ongoing guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and expand Stranger Soccer operations within Jeddah.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with football venues.
• Recruit, train, and manage game hosts and part-time staff.
• Implement marketing strategies and community engagement initiatives to acquire players.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality game experience to encourage player retention.
• Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to scale operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• A strong passion for football and an understanding of the local football landscape.
