The position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Role Overview

As the License Owner/Operator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end launch and ongoing operation of Stranger Soccer in Riyadh. This involves overseeing daily activities, fostering an engaged football community, and driving business growth. The role offers significant autonomy and is suited for individuals motivated by performance and tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and scale Stranger Soccer operations within Riyadh.
• Identify and manage partnerships with football venues.
• Recruit, train, and manage game hosts and part-time staff.
• Implement marketing strategies and community engagement initiatives to acquire players.
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality player experience.
• Continuously assess and implement improvements to operational processes.

Support and Resources

Support for your operations will be provided by the Stranger Soccer headquarters team in Singapore. This includes access to a technology platform encompassing a mobile app, payment systems, and automation tools, as well as a proven operating model and ongoing guidance on operational and marketing strategies.
