About the Role

TECH FIRST GROUP is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Management Executive to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves managing the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate processing, timely deliveries, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a related field.

Role Overview

The Order Management Executive will coordinate with clients, vendors, warehouse teams, and logistics providers to ensure smooth order execution. This position requires maintaining high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer orders through various channels, including email, phone, and online platforms.
• Verify order details, pricing, product configurations, and delivery requirements before processing.
• Ensure all orders are accurately entered into the system and processed within established timelines.
• Maintain and update order records, customer information, and transaction details.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in order management, sales administration, logistics coordination, customer service, or a related role.
• Experience working with ERP systems and order management software is considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, requiring collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient order management operations.
