About Maximus KSA and the Role

Maximus KSA is seeking a Partnership Specialist (NPO) to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to building, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs), educational institutions, training providers, employment support entities, and community stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting service delivery and ensuring strong, compliant partner relationships.

Role Purpose and Strategic Focus

The Partnership Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging suitable partners to support beneficiaries across a wide range of services, including mental health, housing, physical health, addiction, legal support, education, training, guidance, and employment. This position involves monitoring partnership performance, gathering market intelligence, and contributing to continuous service improvement, all while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage suitable NPOs and community partners to support beneficiaries across various service areas.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
• Conduct regular meetings with partners, document key discussions, and provide insights and recommendations.
• Gather market intelligence and partnership feedback to support continuous service improvement.
• Monitor partnership performance against agreed KPIs and service standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and maintain accurate records within company systems.
• Support onboarding and induction of new partner organizations.
• Provide guidance, technical support, and capacity-building advice to partner organizations.
• Ensure partners comply with quality, governance, and operational requirements.
• Escalate risks, compliance concerns, and performance issues to management when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve service delivery objectives.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and foster innovation and continuous learning.
• Travel regularly to partner locations and stakeholder meetings as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with NGOs, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience working with the public sector and government-funded programs is required.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Proven ability to build and manage external stakeholder relationships.
• Experience supporting community-focused programs is highly desirable.
• Valid driving license and own transportation are required.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular travel to partner locations and stakeholder meetings as needed to fulfill its objectives.
