Management Solutions International (MSI) is seeking a Parts Warehouse Storekeeper to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, focusing on the accurate handling and management of spare parts inventory.

Role Overview

The Parts Warehouse Storekeeper is responsible for the comprehensive management of spare parts within the warehouse. This includes receiving, storing, issuing, picking, and dispatching parts, while ensuring meticulous record-keeping and adherence to operational standards. The role requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and thoroughly inspect incoming parts, verifying them against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Store, label, and organize parts systematically in their designated warehouse locations.
• Accurately pick, pack, issue, and dispatch parts in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock checks, reconciling any discrepancies within SAP/WMS.
• Record all stock movements and maintain precise inventory documentation.
• Identify and report slow-moving, excess, and obsolete stock items.
• Ensure the warehouse maintains high standards of cleanliness and complies with 5S and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
• Support warehouse audits and strictly follow all established safety procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a parts warehouse or similar storekeeping role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and warehouse operations effectively.
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems, specifically SAP/WMS, for stock reconciliation and record-keeping.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a warehouse environment, requiring adherence to safety and organizational standards.
