Performance & Operations Coach QSR

About the Role

Albaik Food Systems Co. is seeking a Performance & Operations Coach QSR to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on enhancing operational performance, ensuring food safety, improving service quality, and supporting people development within Quick Service Restaurants (QSR). The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience, preferably with a background as a Restaurant or Operations Manager.

Role Overview

The Performance & Operations Coach will be responsible for conducting restaurant audits, providing training and coaching to teams, and driving improvements across various operational areas. This position plays a key role in maintaining high standards and compliance within the company's QSR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct restaurant visits, operational assessments, and audits covering food safety, production, service quality, and people practices.
• Identify performance gaps, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on improvement plans.
• Train and coach restaurant teams on operational standards, food safety, customer service, and team development.
• Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including food cost, waste, productivity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Support new restaurant openings by assessing readiness and coaching teams before and after opening.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, food safety standards, and local regulations.
• Prepare assessment reports and collaborate with restaurant and operations teams to improve performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant operations as a Restaurant Manager or Operations Manager.
• Experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) is mandatory.
• Hands-on knowledge of restaurant production, food safety, service quality, cost control, and people management.
• Experience in operational audits, training, coaching, and performance improvement.
• HACCP, Food Safety, or ISO 22000 related certification is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good planning, computer, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.
• Proficiency in multiple languages, such as Arabic, English, Urdu, or other languages.

Work Environment and Travel

This role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and requires willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia as needed to conduct restaurant visits and support various operational initiatives.
