The Role of POS Project Manager

Altavia is seeking a POS Project Manager (Production & Rollout) to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves leading the planning and execution of Point-of-Sale (POS) and retail display projects. The Project Manager will oversee projects from initial estimating and prototyping through production, logistics, and multi-site rollout, coordinating with suppliers, installers, and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of high-quality POS units.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert briefs and designs into production-ready builds, considering materials, structure, safety, assembly, packaging, and transport.
• Manage Request for Quotations (RFQs), prototypes, sample approvals, and industrialization processes for rollout.
• Coordinate with fabrication, print, logistics, warehousing (if required), and installation partners.
• Develop comprehensive rollout plans, including store lists, delivery waves, and installation schedules, and track execution.
• Conduct Quality Control (QC) checks and ensure compliance with agreed specifications and brand standards.
• Control project budget and margin, manage change requests, and secure approvals for any variations.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), specifications, drawings, Purchase Orders (POs), approvals, rollout trackers, and installation reports.

POSM Scope

The scope of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) for this role includes displays (permanent/semi-permanent), counters, gondola enhancements, endcaps, fabricated units (wood/metal/acrylic), rollout campaigns, and optional pop-ups/signage.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within Point-of-Sale or retail display production and rollout.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Proficiency in budget management and quality control processes.
