Cashier Specialist

About the Role

Gold Apple is seeking a Cashier Specialist to join their team in Makkah, with opportunities across Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves providing excellent customer service and accurately processing financial transactions at the point of sale. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payments with precision.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
• Coordinate the work of the cash desk staff and assist in difficult situations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Familiarity with electronic equipment such as cash registers and POS systems.
• Experience required: 5-10 years.

Required Skills

• Excellent mathematical and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
• A passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of beauty products is considered a plus.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with operations extending to Jeddah. The role operates within a retail setting, focusing on customer interaction and financial transaction management.
