Power BI Developer

About the Role

KTek Resourcing is seeking a Power BI Developer to join their team in Makkah, with a focus on Jeddah and Makkah cities. This full-time role involves integrating SMAX data sources with Power BI and designing data models to support reporting and analytics requirements. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate SMAX data sources, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests, Assets, CMDB, and Availability, with Power BI.
• Design and configure data models to meet reporting and analytics requirements.
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards for key ITSM processes.
• Create dashboards for Incident Management metrics such as volume, SLA compliance, and resolution trends.
• Develop dashboards for Problem Management trends, including recurring issues and root cause analysis.
• Generate Change Management reports covering change success rate, approvals, and backlogs.
• Implement reporting for Service Request fulfillment and SLA tracking.
• Provide Asset and configuration visibility where applicable.
• Report on Availability and continuity metrics.
• Configure filters, drill-downs, and interactive visualizations tailored for different user roles (IT managers, service desk, executives).
• Set up scheduled data refreshes and automated report distribution.
• Configure role-based access controls for dashboards and reports to ensure secure data visibility.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and production go-live processes.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer regarding dashboard usage, maintenance, and reporting best practices.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating proficiency in Power BI development and data integration. A strong understanding of ITSM processes and data modeling is essential for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, covering Jeddah and Makkah cities. The role requires active participation in a professional environment focused on data analytics and reporting.
