About the Role
Caterlink Est is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial kitchen and hospitality projects. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing projects from their inception through to final handover, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Project Management Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of commercial kitchen and catering equipment projects. Key duties include:
- Leading projects from award to final client handover.
- Conducting technical reviews of project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Coordinating kitchen layouts and shop drawings with the design team.
- Preparing and submitting technical and material documentation.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Monitoring procurement, manufacturing, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Developing and tracking project schedules and progress.
- Managing project budgets, costs, and variation orders.
- Producing regular project progress reports.
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Kitchen & Catering Equipment Projects.
- Demonstrated experience in BOQ preparation and review.
- Solid understanding of technical submissions, shop drawings, procurement coordination, and project planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language.
