About the Role

Alesayi Holding (العيسائي القابضة) is seeking a Project Manager Pest Control to oversee pest control operations within facility management sites. This full-time role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with a background in Entomology to ensure effective service delivery and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Role Overview

The Project Manager Pest Control will be responsible for the comprehensive management of pest control services. This includes overseeing daily operations, conducting inspections, implementing solutions, and supervising technical staff to maintain high service quality and regulatory adherence across various sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily pest control operations, ensuring services align with project requirements.
• Conduct thorough pest inspections, identify infestations, and deploy effective pest management solutions.
• Supervise pest control technicians, ensuring correct use of chemicals, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Prepare service schedules, detailed inspection reports, and accurate treatment records.
• Ensure strict compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and pest control regulations.
• Coordinate with clients and on-site teams to address pest-related complaints and service requests promptly.
• Monitor service quality continuously and implement corrective actions to uphold agreed service standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A background in Entomology is required.
• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in pest control management.
• Proven ability to manage operations and ensure effective service delivery.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within Alesayi Holding, focusing on facility management sites in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves managing field operations and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient pest control services.
