Projects Sales Representative

About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Projects Sales Representative to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role focuses on promoting Jazeera's "ALL IN ONE" concept and extensive product range to projects within designated geographical territories. The representative will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, gathering market intelligence, and ensuring the successful adoption of Jazeera's products to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships through regular visits, addressing inquiries, complaints, and technical service needs related to Jazeera's products, painting systems, stocking, and orders.
• Generate new customers by conducting frequent visits to potential clients and managing correspondence and quotations to expand market share.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project mapping database for ongoing, upcoming, completed, and lost projects to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor customer purchase orders and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely product delivery.
• Review project quantity estimations with project management before initiating quotation requests.
• Achieve profitable sales by meeting budgeted sales targets, maintaining average selling prices, and promoting innovative solutions to increase market share.
• Utilize CRM actively for project activities, regular updates, quotation preparation, and maintaining a reference log for traceability.
• Prepare and update monthly project mapping action plans for follow-up and status reviews.
• Arrange Technical Advisor visits for mega and large projects to ensure application aligns with Jazeera's standards.
• Conduct project-based presentations in coordination with main contractors, consultants, and specifiers to promote the "ALL IN ONE" concept and establish Jazeera's application standards and paint specifications.
• Collaborate with contractors to resolve technical issues, propose appropriate paint systems and usage, and effectively present and negotiate technical and commercial aspects of proposals.
• Secure projects through loyal Jazeera paint contractors, ensuring adherence to Jazeera's application standards, and maintain an updated list of applicators.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales and collection forecast reports to the Area Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with the Distribution Department on logistics, including delivery issues, to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Work Environment

This role involves regular field visits within allocated geographical territories to engage with customers and project sites. The position requires coordination with various internal departments and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and specifiers.
