يسعى المركز الطبي في جدة لتوظيف كاتب استقبال مرضى يمتلك مهارات مهنية عالية للتفاعل مع المرضى وتقديم خدمات متميزة.

المتطلبات:
  • شهادة بكالوريوس في أي من التخصصات الإدارية أو الصحية ذات العلاقة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في الاستقبال أو خدمة العملاء، ويفضل في منشأة طبية.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التعامل مع المرضى بطريقة احترافية.
  • إجادة استخدام أنظمة الحاسب الآلي وبرامج العيادات.
  • وجود تصنيف هيئة التخصصات الصحية.
  • الالتزام بالمواعيد وحُسن المظهر.
