About the Role

Leylaty Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to join our team. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah, and is crucial for leading our restaurant operations to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and high service standards.
• Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience of 10+ years as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial performance.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Work Environment
