Leylaty Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to lead restaurant operations in Jeddah. This full-time role focuses on ensuring operational excellence and an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and high service standards.
• Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and operational targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
