Kerten Hospitality is seeking a Rooms Division Manager for The House Hotel Jeddah King Road. This full-time role involves overseeing all aspects of the Rooms Division to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency at a new property in Jeddah.

The group has an expanding pipeline of over 55 lodging projects across the Middle East, Europe, and North Africa. The House Hotel Jeddah King Road is positioned along the Red Sea coastline, offering 129 curated rooms and a signature restaurant, designed as a contemporary urban escape where coastal living meets modern hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Concierge, Reservations, and Laundry, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction by monitoring feedback, online reviews, and guest satisfaction scores, and implementing action plans for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Revenue and Sales teams to maximize occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) through effective inventory management, upselling, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and manage the Rooms Division budget, forecasts, and variance analyses, controlling labor and operating costs while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure rooms and public areas meet high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation in coordination with the Engineering department.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Rooms Division teams, conducting performance reviews and fostering a culture of service excellence and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, security procedures, and company policies across all Rooms departments.
• Support pre-opening or seasonal ramp-up activities, including departmental setup, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development, system configuration, and team onboarding.
• Handle VIP arrivals, group movements, and escalated guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Provide operational insights and recommendations to hotel management to support decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in Rooms Division management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest satisfaction drivers, and revenue management principles.
