CC Staffing International Ltd. is seeking a Sales Account Manager - Charity & Non-Profit Sector for a full-time position in Jeddah. This role is designed for professionals with 2-5 years of experience who are skilled in driving business growth and cultivating strong client relationships within the technology sector.

Client and Sector Focus

The successful candidate will join a leading technology and digital transformation company in Saudi Arabia. This position primarily focuses on engaging with clients in the Charity & Non-Profit Sector. The objective is to understand their specific business requirements and provide suitable technology solutions, including both hardware and software, to support their operations, enhance efficiency, and advance their digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outdoor sales, client visits, networking, and business development activities.
• Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and field visits to understand client requirements and identify opportunities.
• Promote and sell hardware, software, and technology solutions based on client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop appropriate solutions and ensure smooth delivery and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and pipeline reports while achieving assigned sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings, exhibitions, industry events, and networking activities.

Sales Performance and Reporting

A critical aspect of this role involves diligent sales performance management. The Sales Account Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate sales forecasts, comprehensive account plans, and detailed pipeline reports.
