Richemont is seeking a Sales Associate for MONTBLANC in Jeddah. Founded in 1906 as a manufacturer of writing instruments, MONTBLANC today offers exclusive products including watches, jewelry, writing instruments, and leather goods. Role Overview

The Sales Associate will manage a specific sales channel, such as direct sales, online sales, or retail sales. This full-time position involves developing and implementing channel sales strategies that align with overall business objectives. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded. The Sales Associate will also manage relationships with channel partners, negotiate contracts, and provide training and support to ensure partners are equipped to effectively sell the organization's products or services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex potential customer accounts, identifying and building relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers to facilitate information flow and issue resolution.
• Set clear objectives for each sales call, deliver tailored presentations, gather and analyze information, and secure agreement on customer requirements.
• Cultivate a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at industry events to obtain market intelligence and enhance visibility.
• Configure complex product-and-services solutions and contractual terms that meet customer needs, incorporating input from internal specialists. Present solutions and negotiate agreements within predefined commercial parameters.
• Manage and deliver pricing and terms projects, negotiating with external strategic partners.
• Control specific segments of the organization's business performance metrics, ensuring strategic alignment with financial goals.
• Manage a portfolio of contracts and negotiate service-level agreements, planning and coordinating major contract activities.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system within the area of responsibility, identifying opportunities for system improvement.
• Implement and control compliance management for specific segments of the organization's external partners.
• Develop product education courses to meet identified needs, improving performance and meeting business requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert in technology, policy, regulation, or operational management, maintaining external accreditations and an in-depth understanding of industry best practices.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with the company's diversity and inclusion guidelines.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales or channel management.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
