About the Sales Head WR Role
Bureau Veritas is seeking a Sales Head WR to drive revenue growth and market penetration for its services. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Head WR will be responsible for managing and growing a defined client portfolio across assigned sectors, regions, or service lines. This includes developing and executing account plans to increase revenue, retention, and cross-selling opportunities, while building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
- Leading and supporting tenders, proposals, pricing reviews, and commercial negotiations.
- Ensuring accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
- Coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure compliant, deliverable, and competitive solutions.
- Contributing to P&L performance through effective revenue management, pricing discipline, and margin awareness.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for the assigned portfolio or territory.
- Monitoring sales KPIs and taking corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Conducting market, pricing, and competitor benchmarking to support commercial decision-making.
- Maintaining clear client and stakeholder mapping to strengthen account coverage and opportunity conversion.
- Providing structured market feedback to support service development and strategy.
- Ensuring all sales activities comply with Bureau Veritas Code of Ethics, compliance rules, and accreditation requirements.
- Applying BV commercial governance in deal structuring, approvals, and contract reviews.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5–15 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within TIC, industrial services, certification, inspection, or regulated environments.
- Proven experience managing key accounts, tenders, and complex service offerings.
Required Skills and Competencies
- P&L Awareness & Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of revenue, margins, pricing, and cost drivers.
- Market, Pricing & Performance Benchmarking: Ability to perform commercial and competitive benchmarking.
- Client Mapping & Account Planning: Skilled in mapping client organizations and building effective coverage models.
- Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Strong capability in forecasting and pipeline management.
- Tendering & Commercial Negotiation: Experience managing bids, proposals, and negotiations.
- Cross-Selling & Portfolio Knowledge: Ability to identify and develop cross-selling opportunities.
Compliance and Ethical Practices
A strong adherence to Bureau Veritas ethics, compliance, and accreditation requirements is essential for this role.
