ABYATONA Real Estates is seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist to join its team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, with operations spanning the Makkah region, including Jeddah and Makkah cities. The Role of a Sales Specialist

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving real estate sales by developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle. This role requires a results-driven individual with a proven ability to achieve sales targets within the Saudi real estate and housing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective buyers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
• Present and promote real estate projects, properties, and available products to potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties or solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and follow-up to closing.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct property/project presentations and site visits for clients.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
• Negotiate terms and close sales in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, legal, and customer service, to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities through the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the Jeddah real estate market.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably within real estate, property development, or the housing sector.
• Previous experience with NHC or NHC-related projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi real estate market, particularly the Jeddah market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Established network of potential customers.
• Experience selling residential or development projects.
• Direct experience at NHC or similar major real estate developers is preferred.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position. Candidates must either be currently based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to the city to fulfill the requirements of the role.
