About the Senior Associate DrConnect Operations Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Senior Associate for DrConnect Operations to join its team in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to supporting the end-to-end physician onboarding process and ensuring efficient ongoing operational administration for DrConnect clinics.

Role Overview

The Senior Associate DrConnect Operations supports critical functions including coordinating screening logistics, managing candidate communications, facilitating interviews, and overseeing induction and training programs. The role also ensures adherence to core compliance workflows such as licensing, credentialing, and privileges, timely digital access setup, and reliable day-to-day support for clinic operations, including capacity maintenance and overall compliance.

Core Operational Responsibilities

  • Manage the candidate pipeline, including reviewing applications, verifying documents against checklists, and maintaining accurate tracking of status and missing items.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling end-to-end, prepare and share interview materials, and track feedback submission and outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for candidates, providing clear updates, document requests, and logging communications.
  • Administer induction, onboarding, and training, including maintaining materials, tracking completion, and coordinating events like HIS/EHR training and mock cases.
  • Oversee compliance workflows for licensing, credentialing, and clinical privileges by collecting and verifying documents, supporting submission processes, and tracking renewals.
  • Ensure digital readiness and access provisioning for all required systems, coordinating with IT/support teams to resolve delays and confirm functionality.

Clinic Operations and Administrative Support

  • Maintain provider schedules and capacity plans, ensuring updates reflect current staffing, privileges, and availability.
  • Coordinate and communicate schedule changes, including leave, rescheduling, and coverage needs, to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to physicians, triaging and routing requests from end-to-end.
  • Track attendance and performance inputs as required, coordinating OVR/escalations with the reporting team where applicable.
  • Maintain an operational log of requests, blockers, resolutions, and recurring issues to support continuous improvement.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or a similar support role, preferably within a healthcare or fast-paced service environment.
