This full-time role involves building, maintaining, and improving the cloud infrastructure and automation that support Staq’s BaaS platform. The Senior DevOps Engineer will collaborate with the Technology team to maintain system operations, resolve incidents, and evolve infrastructure as the company scales. Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

• Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform/Terragrunt on AWS or OCI.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Bash/Groovy, Docker, GitHub, and Helm.
• Configure and support Kubernetes clusters to ensure performance, availability, and scalability.
• Enhance monitoring, logging, alerting, and tracing using tools such as Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Thanos, Elasticsearch, and Jaeger.
• Support and automate application deployments for , Java, and other services.
• Improve security, reliability, and operational workflows across various environments.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues.
• Maintain clear DevOps documentation and internal best practices.
