About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Senior Product Specialist Medical Supplies and Equipment to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The specialist will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the medical supplies and equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the sales operations of the sales team.
• Follow up on leads and samples provided by the system team.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Build a new customer base to maximize sales opportunities.
• Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services.
• Supervise and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.
• Oversee and support collection activities.
• Supervise field marketing and sales force activities.
• Analyze field reports and prepare necessary sales documents.
• Achieve established revenue and profit targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Qualifications and Experience
