About the Role

International Water Distribution Co. (Tawzea) is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of professional, technical, labor, and leadership positions. This full-time role, based in Makkah or Jeddah, is central to attracting high-quality talent, partnering with hiring managers, and developing effective sourcing strategies. The specialist will ensure a positive candidate experience and support workforce planning initiatives, all while maintaining compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and define comprehensive candidate profiles.
• Execute sourcing strategies through recruitment platforms, agencies, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on competencies and job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate clear communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare shortlists of qualified candidates and provide informed hiring recommendations.
• Negotiate job offers and manage the offer acceptance process efficiently.

Data Management and Compliance

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track key recruitment performance indicators (KPIs) such as Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Source Effectiveness %.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and future positions.
• Ensure strict compliance with company recruitment policies and Saudi labor regulations.
• Monitor and support compliance with Saudization requirements for targeted professions, including engineering, accounting, and procurement roles.
• Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly recruitment reports.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related HR field. A proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes and achieving hiring targets is essential.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in either Makkah or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
