About the Role

Live Connections is seeking a Senior Test Manager to lead quality engineering initiatives for a prominent banking transformation program in Saudi Arabia. This full-time leadership position is based in Jeddah or Makkah, focusing on strategic oversight and execution within the financial sector.

Role Context and Scope

The Senior Test Manager will assume a senior leadership role, responsible for the quality assurance of large-scale enterprise transformation programs. This position requires extensive expertise across various banking domains, including Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Treasury, Corporate, and Retail Banking, ensuring robust quality engineering practices are implemented and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Test Strategy, Governance, Execution, and Release Management processes.
• Drive Quality Engineering (QE) Transformation, Automation, AI-led Testing, and Continuous Testing initiatives.
• Manage enterprise banking releases, regulatory programs, Business As Usual (BAU) activities, and strategic transformation projects.
• Define quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), risk management frameworks, and release readiness governance.
• Manage large distributed QE teams, external vendors, and multi-stream delivery programs.
• Partner with Business, Technology, and Executive stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality releases.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 20 years of experience in Testing and Quality Engineering.
• A minimum of 15 years in Test Management leadership roles.
• Strong banking domain expertise is essential for this role.
• Mandatory experience with banking programs within Saudi Arabia (KSA) or the GCC region.
• Demonstrated experience managing large Quality Engineering teams.

Technical Skills and Methodologies

• Strong exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Expertise in Automation, API Testing, and Performance Testing.
