Role Overview

The International Supplier Assurance Engineer (SAE) serves as the primary quality interface between Raytheon and its supply base. This full-time position, based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, involves communicating requirements and performance feedback to suppliers, and facilitating quality information flow across Raytheon teams. The role is critical for managing and developing an in-country subcontractor, representing Raytheon’s vision and goals within the international supply chain. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret quality requirements and support suppliers in developing robust processes.
• Ensure the flow-down of requirements internally and to sub-tier suppliers.
• Assess and develop supplier quality capabilities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve systemic performance issues.
• Implement effective Root Cause Corrective Actions.
• Facilitate collaborative communication with suppliers, cross-business teams, and customers.
• Deploy effective Supplier Quality Management techniques.
• Support supplier maintenance activities, including recurring audits, special process upkeep, and certification maintenance.
• Act as the liaison between the Program and the Subcontractor.

Work Environment and Location

This is an on-site role located at a Raytheon subcontractor facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The selected applicant will work with the hiring manager to establish a schedule. Limited travel within Saudi Arabia may be required, not exceeding 25%.
