About the Tamheer Sales Quality & Support Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Jeddah or Makkah as a Tamheer Sales Quality & Support specialist. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience looking to contribute to our sales operations and quality assurance processes.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of sales submissions and documentation. You will play a key part in supporting the sales teams and maintaining operational standards.

  • Review and validate sales submissions and documentation to ensure compliance with internal quality standards, CCHI, regulatory, and company requirements.
  • Support the management and processing of exception cases in line with approved governance and escalation procedures.
  • Follow up and coordinate with Sales teams to resolve missing requirements, documentation gaps, and quality issues within the required timelines.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and identify recurring issues, non-compliance trends, and process gaps.
  • Support awareness sessions and provide guidance to Sales teams regarding quality requirements, documentation standards, and process updates.
  • Maintain proper records, trackers, and audit trails for all reviewed cases and quality activities.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce rejection rates.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a combination of technical and soft skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of Quality Assurance and compliance concepts.
  • Knowledge of documentation review and validation processes.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic reporting and data entry skills.
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
