About the Sales Quality & Support Internship

Bupa Arabia is offering an internship opportunity for a Sales Quality & Support professional to join their team in Jeddah. This internship is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to gain practical experience in quality assurance and sales support within the healthcare sector.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The intern will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of sales processes and documentation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and validating sales submissions and documentation to ensure adherence to internal quality standards, CCHI, regulatory, and company requirements.
  • Supporting the management and processing of exception cases in line with approved governance and escalation procedures.
  • Coordinating with Sales teams to resolve missing requirements, documentation gaps, and quality issues within specified timelines.
  • Conducting regular quality checks to identify recurring issues, non-compliance trends, and process gaps.
  • Assisting with awareness sessions and providing guidance to Sales teams on quality requirements, documentation standards, and process updates.
  • Maintaining accurate records, trackers, and audit trails for all reviewed cases and quality activities.
  • Contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing rejection rates.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: A degree in MIS or other related fields aligned with quality operations, compliance, systems, and process management.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic understanding of Quality Assurance and compliance concepts.
    • Knowledge of documentation review and validation processes.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Basic reporting and data entry skills.
    • Ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems is considered an advantage.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Good communication and coordination abilities.
    • A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
    • Effective time management and task prioritization skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
