About Stryker and the Role

Stryker is seeking a Territory Lead, Trauma & Extremities to support the growth of its Trauma & Extremities Division. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on the Western Region. The role involves managing and expanding customer relationships and sales activities within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and develop relationships with current and potential customers, ensuring continuity.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, product developments, and relevant legal regulations within the territory, reporting findings to management.
• Execute sales-related activities in alignment with regional and company sales targets, preparing requested sales reports.
• Plan, implement, and report on customer/partner visits and product demonstrations based on sales targets and customer demands.
• Evaluate customer/partner requests for proposals and prepare comprehensive material lists tailored to customer needs.
• Inform customers about various purchasing methods (*, tender, intermediate purchase, leasing) and collaborate with the tender department on procurement projects.
• Track material delivery dates within the territory and communicate updates to customers.
• Oversee the delivery and installation of materials, provide post-sales user training for the product portfolio, and attend surgery cases.
• Manage customer billing to the accrual stage and follow up on collections with the Finance and Accounting department to ensure timely payments.
• Communicate customer feedback (including complaints) to the Quality Management Representative and Manager, evaluate feedback, take necessary actions, and report to customers and relevant personnel.
• Prepare and appropriately utilize Congress/Demo materials, ensuring their return to the storehouse in a sterilized and undamaged condition.
• Communicate scientific support requests and plans to the marketing department and provide process support as required.
• Provide support to the logistics team when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, medical, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience as a Territory Lead or in a similar role.
• Proven experience within the Orthopaedics industry, specifically in Trauma, Extremities, or Joint Replacement.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement with customers and partners across the Western Region, involving regular travel within the assigned territory.
