Tour Programmer

About the Role

Dallah Albaraka is seeking a Tour Programmer to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 4-6 years of experience, focusing on administrative and clerical duties while supporting tour programming functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all relevant administration instructions to ensure consistent work execution.
• Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure work continuity.
• Prepare and produce technically complex documents based on specific requests.
• Establish and maintain accurate records and filing systems for efficient operations.
• Prepare routine letters, reports, and memoranda, and summarize data to ensure information availability.
• Coordinate with hotels in Makkah and Madinah to gather information on room availability, rates, locations, and accommodation options.
• Source and evaluate suitable hotels based on budget, location, proximity to the Haram, quality, and Umrah group requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships with hotel management, sales teams, and reservation departments.
• Support negotiations for group rates, FIT rates, room allotments, special rates, and hotel contracts.
• Coordinate rooming lists, hotel allocations, and check-in/check-out arrangements for Hajj and Umrah groups.
• Monitor hotel availability, seasonal demand, and pricing during Ramadan, Hajj, and Umrah seasons.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma in Administration or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
• Candidates should have 4-6 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This role involves undertaking office routines and performing clerical, administrative, and general office duties. The position requires an understanding of the content of the manager's job to effectively support operations.
